Who we are

What we collect, and why
If you book a call
Bookings run through Calendly, embedded on our contact page. When you book, you give Calendly your name, email address and the time you have chosen, and Calendly passes those to us so we can hold the call and follow up about it. Calendly is a separate company and processes that data under its own privacy notice, which you can read at calendly.com/privacy. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: you asked for a meeting and we need your details to hold it.
If you email or message us
We keep the message and your contact details so we can reply and keep a record of what was agreed. Email reaches us through Google Workspace. WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp under its own terms.
If you watch a testimonial
The videos on this site are hosted on YouTube, but no YouTube code loads until you press play. Until then, nothing is requested from Google beyond the still image on the card. Once you press play, YouTube loads its player and may set cookies and collect data under Google's privacy policy, which you can read at policies.google.com/privacy.
When you simply visit
The site is hosted on Netlify, which keeps standard server logs including IP addresses, for security and to keep the site running. We do not run analytics, advertising pixels or tracking scripts of our own, and we do not build a profile of you from your visit.
Cookies
We set no cookies of our own. Two third parties can set them, and only in response to something you do:
- Calendly, when the booking calendar loads on the contact page, to make the booking work.
- YouTube, only after you press play on a video.
Because none of this is used for advertising or analytics, there is no consent banner on the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; blocking them may stop the booking calendar or the videos from working, and the contact page offers a direct link, email address and phone contact if that happens.
How long we keep things
Enquiries and booking records are kept for two years from our last contact, so we can pick up a conversation where it left off. Records relating to work we were paid for are kept for six years, which is what UK tax rules require. After that they are deleted.
Who else sees your data
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for marketing. It is handled by the suppliers that run our tools: Calendly for bookings, Google Workspace for email, Netlify for hosting, and Klaviyo where you are a client and your own account data is involved. Each acts on our instructions or under its own notice as described above.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, or object to our using it. Write to lauren@cragmarketing.com and we will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113. We would rather you came to us first so we can put it right.
A note on the guarantee. The £15,000 guarantee described on this site refers to new email revenue measured in Klaviyo over the 30 days of the work. Where it is not met, the fee is refunded. Full terms are confirmed in writing before any work starts.
